hi everyone, we're finally back !

First of all, we have a new mail, it's welcome@alchimiarecordings.com ! Sorry to everyone who wrote and didn't get an answer but we did what we can call a real stand by during a year

Many things happened during our 1 year long break. First of all, Mihai Edrisch decided to stop after 4 years together. They will be missed a lot. Johan who sang in the band is now singing in Celeste with Guillaume who was also playing the guitar in Mihai during the last months of the band, Flo who played the bass is playing the guitar in Lexomyl, Benoit is still playing the drums in Daïtro and Remi wanted some time off from music so he doesn't have any new band. Momo is also back from Japan with Satomi ! They're both now with all of us !

We're also coming back to release the Celeste's MCD which is out now ! They play some deep, heavy and chaotic emo hardcore, this is their first release. People who were really into Mihai Edrisch should not be disappointed. This record is one more time released with our sweet and close mate Seb-Purepainsugar. You can get it now from us or from Celeste and/or Purepainsugar and will be soon available in all the good distros !

Finally this year of silence also brought his new scenarios and new directions for each of us, composing the collective. We actually don't feel the common strength that was there when we decided to start the label five years ago so we think it's time for us to stop doing things under the collective name of Alchimia.
Actually, we could all consider Alchimia as a school which is over and now, each classmate need to decide where it's better for him/her to go according to his wills and experiences to build new things. That's the best metaphor we could get... Some of us will keep on releasing records, setting up shows, playing in bands, running a distro... we're not giving up being active but with new and more personnal projects. These 5 years would have been an amazing experience of working, discussing, deciding collectively, we definitely all learnt a lot and we're definitely thankful to people who supported us and helped us in many ways.
... But we won't be dead before 2 last acts : we're working on a kind of 1 sided discography LP of Simfela and also another kind of limited discography tape of Daïtro. These would be our ultimate releases !
